Jazmine Marie Scully a performer and songwriter hailing from the United States. The album she released as her debut Fearless was which was released in 2008, with great critical and commercial success, was born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) declared it gold. Need U Bad, Bust Your Windows as well as other tracks from the album ranked in the the top 40 of Billboard Hot 100. Need U Bad was Sullivan's debut album and her only Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs number 1. Sullivan was later followed by her upcoming album Love Me Back which had an overwhelmingly positive reception from reviewers. After a break of three months, Sullivan returned to RCA Records.
