Annabelle Gurwitch
Annabelle Gurwitch, an American comedian and host of a television show, is best known for her role as the host of Dinner and a Movie. In addition, she has been an active advocate for the environment and human rights. Annabelle Gurwitch, a New York Times best-selling author and critically acclaimed actress is The New York Times's Top-Seller author of her memoirs: Whatever You're Doing, They are I See That You Did An Effort Say Tomato You Say Fired I Speak Shut Up And fired. The showtime comedy special was also created by Annabelle Gurwitch. Gurwitch hosts Dinner & a Movie on TBS for a number of years. TV viewers may be familiar with her appearances on programs like Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown as well as WA$TED, a sustainability show that was telecast on The Planet Green Network. The shows she has appeared on regularly are on PBS Newhour Real Time Bill Maher as well as NPR.
